A TYPICAL AMERICAN CIDER HAS BETWEEN 15 AND 25 GRAMS OF SUGAR.  THAT’S LIKE DRINKING A PIECE OF PIE!   GUTHRIE DRY CIDERS HAVE JUST 1 GRAM OF SUGAR PER CAN.  (OUR SEMI-DRY HAVE BELOW 4 GRAMS.)

OUR PROCESS BEGINS WITH THE FINEST PACIFIC NORTHWEST APPLES. A CAREFULLY SELECTED COMBINATION OF VARIETALS IS FRESH PRESSED INTO JUICE. USING TECHNIQUES BORROWED FROM TRADITIONAL WINEMAKING, WE FERMENT THE JUICE INTO CIDER -- THE SAME WAY GRAPES ARE FERMENTED INTO WINE. WE NEVER ADD SUGAR, BEFORE OR AFTER FERMENTATION, AND WE NEVER PASTEURIZE OUR FINISHED PRODUCT. OUR CIDERS ARE FINISHED WITH SPICES, TEAS, FRUITS OR NOTHING AT ALL.
